Invite or migrate members with CSV
Choose one of two separate workflows. Both require an owner or administrator account and a review before records are created.
Bulk email invitations
Use /app/members/import when people should receive an invitation to join. The file contains email and role columns (member or staff). The flow previews duplicates, skips existing Aikorax accounts and active invitations, and sends invitations to new addresses. The API accepts at most 500 rows per request. Invitation email delivery is asynchronous, so check delivery through your configured email provider if recipients do not see the invitation.
Member profile and current plan migration
Use /app/members/import/data for profile information and an optional current membership assignment. Download the template in the page. Supported fields are full name, email, phone, plan, start date, membership status, and end date. Name and email are required. Dates use YYYY-MM-DD; membership status is ACTIVE, PAST_DUE, PAUSED, CANCELLED, or EXPIRED. A plan name must match an active workspace plan. The page limit is 2 MB and 500 rows.
Review before committing
- Prepare a copy of your source file and remove columns you do not need.
- Upload the CSV and map your columns to Aikorax fields.
- Run validation and review each row, including skipped duplicates and errors.
- Download the row report if you need to fix the source spreadsheet.
- Confirm the import only after the preview is correct.
What is not imported
Neither workflow imports passwords or payment-card details. Profile migration does not recreate historical plan changes, multiple concurrent memberships, invoices, payment transactions, or billing history. Assigning a plan creates a membership record; it does not charge a member. Existing Aikorax accounts are not overwritten by profile migration.
Rollback limits
The profile import’s latest batch identifier is kept in that browser. Its rollback can remove imported accounts that have not set a password; activated accounts remain. Invitation import rollback is limited to invitations that are still pending. Treat rollback as a cleanup aid, not a replacement for reviewing the preview.
