1-click invoice batch exports formatted to official Xero ACCREC and QuickBooks Online schemas with sales account mapping.
Unified webhook listener for Kisi, Salto KS Connect, Seam, and Brivo OnAir with real-time audit event logging.
Live RFC 5545 calendar subscription feed (webcal://) syncing bookings to Google, Outlook, and Apple Calendar.
Cryptographically signed HMAC SHA-256 webhooks dispatching workspace events (booking.created, invoice.paid).
1. Accounting: Xero & QuickBooks Online
Instead of manually re-entering member invoices into your general ledger, Aikorax provides dedicated export engines:
- Xero ACCREC Export: Generates official CSV formatted with
*ContactName,EmailAddress,*InvoiceNumber,*InvoiceDate,*DueDate, Account200(Sales), and TaxTypeOUTPUT. - QuickBooks Online Batch Export: Outputs CSV matching Intuit’s API v3 format with
CustomerRef,TxnDate,DueDate, line item amounts, and transaction reference numbers.
To export, navigate to Settings → Integrations, select date filters, and click Export for Xero or Export for QuickBooks. Both exports feature automated 2-minute sliding idempotency protection to prevent duplicate entries in external ledgers.
2. Access Control: Smart Door Locks
Aikorax features a unified access control webhook listener located at:
https://aikorax.com/api/v1/webhooks/access-controlSupported providers and telemetry events include:
- Kisi: Handled events:
lock.unlock,access.granted, anddoor.openedwith device ID and actor mapping. - Salto KS: Handled events:
pod.key.unlockandcredential.presented. - Seam Connect: Automated PIN issuance and unlock webhook processing across Yale, Schlage, and August commercial smart locks.
- Brivo OnAir: Real-time site event ingestion with cardholder identification.
Simulate Unlocks: Inside the Integrations Hub, operators can click “Send Test Unlock” to verify hardware event processing without physical lock credentials.
3. Universal Calendar Subscription (RFC 5545)
Prevent double-bookings across external calendars by subscribing to your organization’s live calendar feed:
webcal://aikorax.com/api/v1/organizations/[orgId]/calendar.icsCompatible with Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook 365, and Apple Calendar. The feed implements HTTP edge caching with automatic cache invalidation upon new reservation creation or cancellation.
4. Member Wi-Fi Credentials (Cisco Meraki & UniFi)
Eliminate shared, insecure Wi-Fi passwords. Aikorax generates individual dynamic WPA2/WPA3 Identity PSKs for active members matching Cisco Meraki’s Wireless API standards. Credentials automatically revoke when a member cancels or defaults on payment.
5. Outbound Webhooks & HMAC Verification
Developers and automation specialists can register HTTPS endpoints to receive real-time JSON event payloads. All deliveries are signed with an HMAC SHA-256 signature in the header:
X-Aikorax-Signature: t=1730000000,v1=a5b6c7d8...Review delivery latency and test endpoints with 1-click test ping events in Settings → Webhooks.
Zero Data Loss Disconnect Policy
Disconnecting an integration is safe. All prior synced invoices, audit histories, and hardware logs remain permanently preserved in your Aikorax workspace.
