Data exports and access

Aikorax gives workspace operators complete data sovereignty. Export your workspace records anytime directly from Settings → Data & Exports without requesting staff assistance.

Available export formats

Members CSV: Full name, email, phone number, workspace role, and account creation timestamps.
Invoices CSV: Invoice number, customer details, payment status, currency, subtotal, tax, total, due date, and payment confirmation timestamps.
Bookings CSV: Desk and meeting room reservations with member details, resource types, location names, and scheduled start/end times.
Facility Issues CSV: Maintenance queue reports with categories, urgency priorities, current resolution statuses, and reporter/assignee details.
Complete Workspace JSON Backup: Comprehensive single-file snapshot containing your organization profile, locations, floor plans, membership plans, active members, bookings, and invoices.

Accounting and Calendar Hand-offs

Operators can download 1-click invoice exports explicitly formatted for Xero and QuickBooks Online under Settings → Integrations. In addition, each organization has a Universal Calendar Feed (RFC 5545 .ics) for live subscription in Google Calendar, Outlook, and Apple Calendar.

Security and Formula Injection Protection

All CSV exports implement formula sanitization (escaping cells starting with =, +, -, or @) to protect your team against CSV injection vulnerabilities when opening exports in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Exports are strictly gated to verified workspace OWNER and ADMIN roles.

System Uptime & Recovery Commitments

Live system status, database health latency, and SLA response commitments are published publicly at /status. Database infrastructure operates continuous Write-Ahead Log (WAL) archiving with recovery point targets (RPO < 15 minutes) and recovery time objectives (RTO < 2 hours).
